A major self storage chain is constructing a new three story facility in Aurora, Colorado...

That project we:

• Worked with the owner and general contractor on camera and keypad placement and numbers to meet desired security goals
• Applied for appropriate low voltage and access control permit at the owner's request
• Installed a PTI access control system on automatic and swing doors providing access to facility, and in elevators to control access to 2nd and 3rd floors
• Installed a surveillance system that provides complete coverage of access areas and trouble spots
• Installed a speaker system to play music throughout the facility
• Installed door alarms on exterior drive up units
• Installed low voltage wiring for office phone and internet, along with intercoms for the facilities fire system
• Trained the facilities managers on usage of system and programmed access control software to customer's specifications
